Hi, I'm Anna, the person behind Artemis
I built Artemis because dating today asks you to give away so much before you know whether someone's even close to what you're looking for. Your time, your number, your energy. I wanted to flip that. Let people show you who they are first, and let you decide from a place of safety and clarity.
Artemis is still growing. I'm out testing the field and shaping what it becomes. If you have thoughts, ideas, or just want to say hello, I'd love to hear from you.
Why “Artemis”?
In Greek myth, Artemis is the goddess of the hunt. Precise, independent, answerable to no one. She hunts on her own terms and is fiercely protective of the people under her care.
That felt exactly right for what this is. Screening a potential date is its own kind of hunt: you decide what you're looking for, you take aim, and you protect your own time and safety in the process. Every part of the app borrows her language. Your survey is a Hunt, your share link is the Arrow, and a strong match is a Bullseye.
Protecting the person doing the choosing, especially when they feel vulnerable, is the principle the whole thing is built on.
